“Ojo de Dios” creation workshop

“Ojo de Dios” creation workshop

The “Ojo de Dios” is an ancient Mexican amulet that translates to “Eye of God” in English. It’s a meaningful craft created by the Huichol tribe, and is made with weaving colourful yarn or thread around sticks in a distinctive pattern, resembling an eye. This traditional amulet holds cultural and spiritual significance, often seen as a symbol of protection, good luck, and positive energy.

Our workshop will be facilitated by two cheerful Mexican girls, passionate about preserving and sharing their indigenous traditions. Get ready for an enjoyable and enlightening journey into the art of crafting protective amulets!
